At Jmi.com.bd, we provide a 3-Day Replacement Guarantee for physical products, except for items with an intact box or packet. To request a replacement, customers must raise the request within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Refunds are applicable only for canceled order items due to product unavailability. For a valid return, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice, and the reason for return must meet our acceptance conditions. Valid reasons include the delivery of a wrong product, defective product, products with missing parts, or incorrect content listed on the website. However, for JMI products specifically, returns are not accepted once the product has been received. Customers are therefore encouraged to thoroughly inspect the product before accepting delivery.
